Wildtrack Nordic Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company registered in England. We organise and sell cross-country skiing holidays and related experiences.

We are the “data controller” for the personal information collected through our website, marketing activities and booking systems.

We collect and process the following personal data:
A. When you make a booking (via RezKit):
Name, email address, postal address, contact number, booking details, payment information and information to enable us to source ski equipment for you (processed securely by RezKit)
B. When you create a member profile on our website:
Name, email address, password, and last login date
C. When you subscribe to our marketing (Mailchimp):
Name, email address, date of birth (day/month), and information that helps us understand you as a customer (eg. Skiing ability)
D. When you complete a form at an event, expo, or online competition:
Name, email address, date of birth (day/month), and your consent to receive marketing communications
E. Automatically collected data (via Google Analytics):
IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (non-identifiable data)

RezKit – for holiday bookings and payments

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK (e.g. Mailchimp in the US). Where this occurs, we ensure that suitable safeguards are in place such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO.

Booking and account data for 7 years (for accounting and legal purposes).
Marketing contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Analytics data in aggregate, non-identifiable form for up to 26 months.
