At Jänkä Resort in Ylläs, 13 premium villas sit quietly within the Lapland wilderness. At Levi Spirit, meals are prepared and served within the privacy of the villa by a personal chef. The cooking combines modern, internationally influenced dishes with ingredients and flavours drawn from Lapland. Wildtrack Nordic organises return transfers between Kittilä Airport and the accommodation around the recommended flights, so guests do not need to arrange taxis or hire a car.
Jänkä Resort in Ylläs is approximately 45 minutes from Kittilä Airport, while Levi Spirit is around 15 minutes away in the quieter Taalovaara area of Levi. Jänkä Resort consists of 13 premium villas surrounded by the peaceful wilderness of Ylläs. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the landscape into the living space, while each villa has its own private outdoor hot tub. Levi Spirit’s spacious private villas combine modern Nordic design with natural materials. Each has four double bedrooms with private bathrooms, generous living areas, a fireplace, sauna and jacuzzi. Cross-country skiing remains at the heart of each holiday, but there are many ways to experience Lapland beyond the trails. Depending on the itinerary and availability, guests may be able to meet reindeer and huskies, explore by snowshoe, take a snowmobile or horse-drawn sleigh journey, try ice fishing, visit the SnowVillage or experience a traditional sauna and Arctic dip.
Jänkä has its own ranch beside the resort, home to horses, reindeer and sled dogs. Levi also offers an extensive choice of guided winter experiences.
